P.S. IN ALL EXPERIMENTS, the star-shaped polymers have been able to kill their targeted bacteria. Interestingly, even generation after generation do not develop resistance to the polymers. Quite assuringly, it does not enter and affect normal healthy cells unlike the conventional antibiotics.

The star-shaped polymer is structurally nanoengineered antimicrobial peptide polymer (SNAPP).
