P.S. VITAMIN D3, cholecalciferol is produced in the skin in the presence of sunlight, ultraviolet B (290-315 nm wavelength), which helps calcium absorption from the gut. Exposing hands, face and arms to the sun 2-3 times per week is sufficient to meet the daily requirement of Vitamin D.
