...modification of Pulse Oximetry for Diabetes HbA1c Monitoring.

P.S. Submitted to InnoCentive in March'17; Medtronic Diabetes working on it.

Roche company had posted this Challenge on InnoCentive to solve.

HbA1c monitoring is better over days and weeks to indicate glucose control for adjusting diet, exercise and medication which need to be around 6-7%. Best of all it will be non-invasive.

The light absorption spectrum of HbA1c need to be experimentally found as to which wavelength light is absorbed by it as oxyHb 940 nm and DeoxyHb 660 nm. A new algorithm will need to be developed.

Good to be registered with InnoCentive and solving their Challenges. The world does need repetitive work for survival but need to add to the ease and comfort of daily life through innovation and developing new ideas.
